Hey y'all! I am new here and trying to figure things out. I am doing the Keto diet as recommended by my doctor to help with my health as well as lose weight. I am on day 3 but still very confused. Any advice would be great.

My husband and I have been doing Keto for about 2 months. We are not hitting all our macro goals perfectly everyday but have cut carbs way, way back. Hubby's health has improved greatly. Glucose, bp, cholesterol. His triglycerides have already gone down 200pts and he has lost 27 lbs. I've lost 9. There is loads of recipes and info on Pinterest. Best wishes. We believe that it is a very good plan.
