Bad choices made yesterday means Red Arrow today. Oh well, at least the MRI doesn't show anything suspicious, and I can look forward to NOT having another surgery in my near future.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
