Keto pancakes! I'm still perfecting the recipe, but these were very good 😄

Thank you all!!! The recipe is below in the comments @Lisaintx @Vantl. I used butter to grease but very little since it was nonstick pan @susi cue.

I tried to come up with a version substituting in some coconut flour and whole milk yogurt. They were awful! But then, I’ve always been pretty bad at pancakes! LOL So today the leftovers got morphed into a pan bread. Much better at bread! IT likes me! LOL 🙋🏻
