Ok, so the 1200- 1300 calorie diet for the last 4 weeks is not working for me very disappointing. I have been taking 2 Zumba class a week for the last 4 weeks. I am gaining a pound a week! WTH any way going to try to stick under 1000 calories a day see if I can at least stop gaining weight. It would be wonderful to lose some weight really want to get down to 200lbs. So afraid I am going to end up over 300lbs again! I know it's only been a month but I didn't expect to gain a pound a week. So cutting breakfast from 2 eggs to one, I gave up my coffee and coffee creamer on week days, drinking tea with sweet n low, cut back on nuts and avocados since they are high in fat, even thou it's good fat still might be too much overall fat in my diet. I am also going to try to cut out wine during the week and just have it on date night with the hubby on Fridays. I almost forgot I need to intake more fluids I am luck to drink 8oz of water a day......Let's hope this works.
