Yesterday’s STATS (Monday): Net Carbs: 24.32g. Dietary Fiber: 25.8g. Water: 100+ ounces. Macros: FATS 74%, Carbs 8%, Protein 18%. I went out with my hubby for an early dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse (he got a gift card for his birthday). I got the 6-oz. Flo’s Filet and just had them pack my salad to-go. (Sometimes, salad has a tendency to go through me VERY quickly, so I waited until I got home to eat that!)

Near the end of the day, my Fiber was still low, and so was my Fat percentage (because of all the Protein in the Steak). BUT, I was able to get everything into alignment by eating an “Orange Creamsicle Fat Bomb Jell-O Dessert Cup” and NINE “Almond-Butter Coconut Bites.”

I’ve been trying to cut down to 1,600 calories per day; but, I opted to go OVER on those (2,452) in order to meet the "Daily Accountability Week #2" Challenge goals of having the Fats, Net Carbs & Fiber within winning ranges. I even took my OWN water with me to the restaurant, so I could keep an exact count of how much I was drinking. (I quit counting after I got to 100 ounces!)

Went to the store last night to get more avocados and tomatoes, and bought ONE large California Navel Orange. I’ll weigh it and eat only half per day so I can keep my carbs in check. Just a HALF orange has like 10 Net Carbs in it! I’m glad I CAN at least fit the things I really want into my WOE, though!

I am trying to be MUCH MORE active than usual today, and so far I’ve already succeeded in that. I vacuumed the hard surface floors in the kitchen, back entryway, front entryway, and one bathroom. I then vacuumed the carpet halfway into my bedroom, and did the long hallway. When I get everything picked up and put away from the living room & dining room, I’m going to vacuum the carpets in there. I also have already “Duo’d” the Kitchen floor (Shark Duo mop-type thing). I’m thinking about doing that a 2nd time, since it was really dirty. There are 3 main cluttered areas in the living room and dining room. Maybe I should take before/after pictures as an incentive to get them cleaned up. I NEED incentive for those tasks! Wish me luck! Ok, more later. Everyone have a great day!
