Not good. Thank goodness I didn't gain a pound. Just weighed myself at 11:30 p.m. and I am still 185 lbs. so maybe I am a little lighter earlier in the day. Just too busy to be organized with my eating and exercise. Gotta get it together better.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
