Thanks Angel you are an Angel! Well had a darn candy bar supporting the kids selling them and I never eat white bread but had a gourmet bun with dinner, only oak nut and at that just one slice! So two pieces of bread and one candy bar was 420calories for snack way to much, shoots me over my 1760 calorie limit! I sincerely see why people are overweight!!! But dropped another pound and got a 4 wheel bike ride in and a good Bowflex workout which I have to add so I should be ok!! Starting to get my very hard mids again can't wait!!!
