It’s ok. Keep up the good work. Our bodys just tend to plateau. You can push through it.

The scale is a liar! Measurements are more accurate. Take the scale with a grain of salt. Keep on Keto and you'll see a difference in your clothing fit. :)

Just keep going. It's a slow race not a sprint. Make sure you're not going too low in calories. I was and stalled my weight. I upped my calories and the weight loss started up again. It's a balance but you'll get it! Keep strong and keep going!

I feel like I'm having a difficult time eating 3 full meals a day, it seems like a chore to get the 3rd meal in. I am not "hungry" like I used to be before. I think about eating food more than I should (LOL) but when it comes to putting it in my mouth, it isn't appealing the way it used to be. I guess I should be happy about that. I am afraid I may be too low in calories/fat/protein. I'm taking daily vitamins & supplements because I'm afraid I might not get enough from what I eat on a daily basis and I drink bottled water with added electrolytes. I dropped 100 on Atkins over 20 yrs ago and I don't recall feeling the way I do now about eating. Then I was hungry, I wanted food. Now it just doesn't seem to matter and I know it should, to a healthy degree.

Water weight loss. If a person could lose 10 lbs per week or even close to that, we'd all be at our goal within a couple months.

I knew the start was mostly water, I've done my homework. But my intake has been less than my expenditure every day.

If you're eating higher fats, then you won't feel as hungry. I eat higher fats, healthy fats, and I am so satisfied that I also don't feel hungry for 3 meals, it's not just in your head! I take in a enough calories for me, but I only eat two meals. I've never felt like this with an eating routine either. At first I always thought that I should feel hungry, but I just don't! I'ts really great actually, and has really helped break some of my cravings and addictions.

Weight loss isn't linear. You may have a stall but then it will come off one day overnight.

Unless you have a heart-rate monitor, you don't really know what your expenditure is. I figured out that my working expenditure (at my desk working) is 120 calories per hour. My tv watching and sleeping is 80 calories per hour. so I don't think FS has a perfect calculation of expenditure, you just have to go by whether you are losing or not. Also, you may want to check in with your doctor about the vitamins and electrolytes, you may be tweaking too much at one time.
