Day 131- When I am home I have got to stay active, I think that is why i slow down when home, I sit to much. I sit in my office and work, while I am out on the road I am driving and moving. I did shed a lb this week and I did not think I was going to, but that was after a good run last night. I tend to skip my workouts also when I am home just becuase nobody else here is doing it. So some good news, my wife has finally decided after me being on this over 130 days and losing over 30lbs to join me. Let's see where this goes........ in a positive way.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 May 2012:
1722 kcal Fat: 78.30g | Prot: 135.32g | Carb: 127.29g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Cream, Hard-Boiled Egg, Peanut Butter & Oats Bars. Lunch: Sunflower Seeds, Chargrilled Chicken Garden Salad, Light Italian Dressing. Dinner: Fresh Grilled Zucchini, trader joes frozen rice, Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh. Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds - Just A Handful. more...

Great News! It is so much better to do this as a couple - just hope she doesn't get discouraged because men have a tendency to lose faster.

I would think it would be harder to lose on the road, but maybe your routine while on the road is just set better than your at home routine. Hopefully having your wife on board with you will help while you're at home. I know when my hubby and I were doing the same exercise program, it was nice to have someone to work along with.

Heh. I interpreted "on the road" as driving between office and home and was going to recommend doing butt-clenches...but that just seems awkward. It's awesome that your wife is joining you :) It's good to have a partner in crime for this stuff.

I don't think she will be training with me, different ideas of what training is. She can do what she wants, she has to want it like I did. Not being cold, but being truthful. 'On the road' is I am a traveling sales/consultant up & down the east coast and 3-4 nights a week on the road and yes, I love it!

great that she's joining you. I hope she finds something active she enjoys. And think of the fun 3-4 nights a week you can have preparing healthy meals together. sexy salad :)
