My weight, body fat, etc is all going up. I haven't been recording macros but still basically eating the same. I think I'm just burnt out on the constant monitoring but clearly this is a problem when I don't record my meals. A co-worker told me that her husband just lost 60 pounds on Keto while I've lost 17. That really got me down although I get that he is a man without hypothyroidism. Tired of the battle today.
