Broke a 19.5hr fast.

@momma here’s what I did... 1/2 cup of cauliflower rice 2tbsp bacon bits 1tsp oil/fat (to cook the cauli rice and bacon) 1/2 cup chicken broth 1tbsp cream cheese 2tbsp heavy cream 1/4cup shredded cheddar Seasoned with cilantro flakes, garlic and pepper I cooked the cauli rice and bacon bits for a few minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients to the pot. It was a little to runny so maybe more cauli and cheese and add a little celery?
