Woke at 224.2, up 3.4 since yesterday. Ate a lot of rich food and had quite a bit of alcohol last night. Today is my weekly Fasting Friday, so I will have a chance to detox in more ways than one. I'm up 12 pounds in the last six days, so I have quite a bit of glycogen to expel. UPDATE: Had coffee and water today and got back to 219.4 at 10 pm. Will eat at noon tomorrow.
