I started a plant-based diet last week and it seems to be working. I have read the research and come to realize that eating meat can impact weight loss significantly.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not only does it impact weight loss, but your overall health and longevity. Congrats! I've been a vegetarian/ almost vegan for a few years now and it's fantastic. :) I'm glad to see you're feeling the difference!
