Happy Hump Day everyone!! Had a great weekend and wish I didn't have to come back to work but here I am. Ate way to much but my monthly average is still within my acceptable range so I'm not going to feel bad about it!!

I've been stuck at the same weight for over two weeks now and just want this plateau to break but just have to keep reminding myself to be patient and it will happen. I've had a few bad days but a lot of really good one's so I just need to keep on track. My life hasn't been as busy so I've been able to get more exercise in which always makes me feel better!

Hubby and I had a few plateaus. It always happens, you just have to keep hanging in there, doing what you need to do. Might recommend trying a meal replacement shake for one meal a day, especially if you're exercising. Easy to handle is Muscle Milk or the Whey Protein Isolates, they have a good taste and will fill you up. I'm using Raw Meal and it's tough to get on board if you're not used to the other ones. Muscle Milk, taste wise, is awesome!! I love these also because I get to keep chocolate on my menu!! If not, it would have been IMPOSSIBLE for me to stay on course. We'll use coffee and almond or rice milk for the liquid, add a banana or some other fruit to add some good flavor. You might also toy with your RDI to find a good spot where you're not hungry and you're losing at the same time. You'll get there!!

Thanks for the encouragement and the advice. I'm not a big fan of the shakes and that's why I haven't really done them. I'll have to give the brands you recommend a try. I'm actually allergic to chocolate and that makes a lot of things off limits. I just wish there were more!! According to fatsecret my RDI should be about 2300 calories but that seemed to high so I put it at 2000. I try to keep my monthly average at 1750 though. May it was 1850 which isn't bad but shows I'm slipping a little (I've been eating out way to much!).
