Have been on WW a few weeks and did fine now i seem to have fallen off the wagon. I am struggling but want to successed at this, i always seem to make the wrong choices.

hi suzy i rejoined wws for the millionth time only this time i am determined in 2 weeks i have lost 10 lbs take it day by day plan ur meals write it down journal excercise find support online and off and everytime u lose weight reward yourself with nail polish clothes makeup and always look ur best picture urself thin and i promise u it will become alot easier it took time to get heavy and it will take time to lose the weight u will be alright if u fall off like u said dont beat yourself up forget it move on and pick yourself up and tell urself i am worth it and get right on back
