I haven't lost any weight this week!!!! I don't understand I have cut my caloric intake to less that 2,000 RDI. What am I doing wrong?

It doesn't mean your necessarily doing anything wrong. It could be anything from too much sodium to hormones. You could also be losing fat and not seeing it on the scale yet. That can happen when eating high protein. Make sure your drinking water, watch your sodium intake and keep going.

I'm not sure....your food diary shows you're on Atkins Induction, but bread, baguettes, oatmeal creme pies, dinner rolls, sweet potatoes, banana pudding, chocolate chip granola bars, croutons, and canned potatoes are not Induction foods. If you're following some type of calorie counting, you may need to cut back further.

I am not totally doing the atkins.. but I have tried to keep my carbs to less than 100 as well as my calories to less than 1500-2000.. I have noticed that I must be loosing inches because I did loose 6 pounds quickly in the 1st week and a half. I have messed up a few times but all in all I am trying to stick with this.

My sodium intak is definetley high but I am not sure what to eat hat dosen't contain alot of sodium.
