no dieting (just eat like I am counting but not counting * ). minimal exercise (2 or 3 times a week at gym ) feel like this is my new fat weight . still look good just hit a wall.

* portion control and making healthier choices seem to be normal choices now. I feel this is a major step in staying at a healthier weight for life .

that's like a month of winging it and not gaining .
229.0 lb Lost so far: 21.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
