Woke up to down pours, but made Egg roll in a bowl for breakfast/lunch as promised.

Its alot tastier than you'd think.

I'll try to list what I put in it.

Half head of green cabbage, shredded, and chopped( about 6 cups)
I package( 1 pound) of Turkey sausage
2 organic carrots matchsticked/ shredded ( not baby sweet ones)
Liquid egg whites about one cup
garlic one clove minced
ginger( fresh) minced
sesame oil 2 table spoons
1/4 cup minced onion
2 table spoons sriracha
1/4 cup garlic chili paste
garnish with sesame seeds or hemp, chia, or hemp hearts and omega oil( salmon oil) 1 tablespoon
2 cups of low sodium beef broth
2 tablespoons of braggs amino acids

I cook the garlic, onions ginger into see through in the sesame oil, then add the sausage. when cooked through I add to broth carrots and cabbage, as well as the chili sauce and hot sauce
I let simmer down half through, then make a hole in the center of the juices on low heat and add egg whites, let it cook down til done.sire all together simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. When I serve I put the omega oil green onions, sesame seeds on top.

makes 6 one cup servings about 350 to 500 calories I estimated.
One cup filled me right up just fine.

3 grams of carbs if I estimated correctly for one cup

Well, rain has slowed down. Time to clean house and go work on the fence were trying to install by ourselves.

good news for me My blood ketones was 3.0 mmol/L last night and today when tested. woot.
