Worked out today. Had a lot on my mind so I ended up doing 1hr30mins on treadmill. I didn't do any stretches or weights. I'll do 30mins of that tonight while my boyfriend walks the treadmill. I think he enjoys watching me stretch while he walks. It seems to motivate him to stay on the treadmill longer. I'll start my streatching exercise maybe 15mins into his walk/run exercise on the treadmill. He usually stays on there about 45mins. Well I have class again tonight. It's just getting too cold out there to do anything but go to work and come back home! I wish all of you well. Have a great afternoon!
