Yesterday I was in the 139 range. No way I ate that many calories over the weekend to warrant the gain. Starting to feel hopeless. Reaching and maintaining a weight below 135 seems unachievable. A year ago it wasn't this hard. Hormones maybe? Anyway I've switched up my diet a little this week. Well see how it goes.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Xyngular   gaining 3.1 lb a week
