1500 calorie deficit challenge starts tomorrow. Will definitely be difficult to hit that every day. Wore my heart rate monitor and exercised for almost an hour yesterday. A very hard 35 minutes on elliptical, and about 20 minutes weightlifting (shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs) only burned 536 calories. Ate too few calories yesterday at 1069, and still only had a 1200-ish deficit. Wow.
