Good Morning. Life is crazy right now....to say the least. With 3 kids, two of which are consumed with spring sports, and the nice weather, I have not been sitting in front of my computer to make any workout or food updates. I can tell you that I have been staying on track and added a new endeavor to my stockpile. I am starting P90X on June 4th....right around the corner and I couldnt be more EXCITED!!! I am getting bored with the P90 program and need a little bit more of a kick. I am also participating in my first ever 1/2 marathon in September....so between working out and running, I should be looking and feeling better than ever! I have also lost 3 pounds since my last weigh in April 19th, but I am not so much concerned about what the scale says but rather how well my clothes fit and what they are telling me. I may only be updating my weight loss since I can never remember to update my workouts or food intakes, but I assure you....I am doing somewhat of an aerobic/strength training workout about 6 days/week.
