ive been pretty stand still on the weight this week probably all the pizza :( but ive been working out and not been over on my calories just one day. we are getting a business up and running and little ceasers took over lol but im done with that now:)i feel good with all the stretching and worouts ive been doing thats a plus=)

Hello Mhott84, That's great. Good job. Yea I'm still on the fruit and veggie detox, but in the middle of next week I will begin my diet and this site is so helpful with the calorie counter! I can't wait. I think my biggest challenge will be working out! I just can't find the time!!!

Thank you =) I know what u mean about working out once you start and feel the difference its great iwhen I'm doin the dishes or cleaning up I turn it into a workout by including excersises. I seem to do better that way

It is a great site I love it before I found this app on my phone calorie counting seemed overwhelming now calorie counting seems much easier good luck on your next week. :)
