I gained weight. After accounting on these challenges I am doing, I can see more clearly...where I can improve . The rest I will let go of...I will eat my words....Keep calm; Keto on! Thanks to all - my support is the greater part of my life here. I am blessed.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
