ok, day 2 of 4 on 'old standby 4 day diet' and I'm doing ok. I have to admit I am dreading dinner though. It is not my fav meal on this 4 day adventure, but I will get through it. Been up/down in mood lately but thats ok, I'll be ok. Just have to get this excess wt off. It really makes me feel yuck and I can't fit into some of my clothes. I know that should not be a 'goal' but I don't want to shop for new/larger clothes no matter what! I normally get most of my clothes from the thrift stores, but still I don't want to go there. Years ago I use to have 3 different sizes in my closet, I kind of narrowed it down to 2 only because of the fit some clothes go, but basically it is just 1, however there are some cute dresses I would like to get back into. Most of the time I'm a jean/Tshirt person. BUT at least I am not doing the thing I use to do in my teens/20s where I would insist in getting into my smallest size and have to lay down to zip up my jeans! NOPE, I'm not going there anymore. Too old, too 'wise'(?) for that SX**! :-0
