4AM...goood morning from my recliner..38 outside..with wind chill 27..an light snow ...would like to say im ready to get up an change into riding clothes to do a zwift ride...but its alittle harder today to get in the mood..im sure the mood will hit once i wake up enough to know i need to do it..just finding it really hard to get in that moood..the 30 miles i did yesterday really zapped my energy level yesterday..was like i couldnt get enough food back into my system to get caught up with the calorie loss from my workout..no sooner did i eat my breakfast..then i was eating lunch an headed to walmart at 930am...by time i got home from walmart..i was dragging..

well...the mood is here...so need to get up an get riding clothes on..starting to wake up..would like to get another 30 mile ride again today..but who knows till the peddles start cranking...in london today..its a better course ..

the plan today...ride an take it much more easy today..all the errands are done for several days..even thought of doing an outside ride..only gonna be in the 30s today..just need to get out an get an outside ride in once again..just miss riding outside..inside is great this time of year...but out in the air...well..less you have done it..nothing compares...

UPDATE..Just got done with 30.67 mile zwift ride..19.6 mile ave speed..1:34 time of ride..1192 in calories..when i got on road bike..first 5 miles was the hardest..cause i was still tired..but once i got into a pace..miles just seemed to fly by..was happy to ride an get the miles in..another workout DONE...

Your endorphins kicked in, eh? I used to be like that when I ran every day. The first mile was tough but that magical feeling kicked in and off I went to finish 3 - 5 miles. Did you go to London to see the Queen? :)

@erik..i use a kinetic road smart trainer..my road bike mounts to it in like 3 minutes..its bluetooth..so hooks with laptop and i use zwift as my program to ride or train with..there are several you can train with..i chose zwift..its affordable..

@mom..yeap gotta love them endorphins...to bad you cant just get em outta a bottle when you need extra..lol...as for the queen..i didnt see her..but when i was riding at 5am..my time..not sure what it was london time..an it was raining on my london route..the queen might of been sleeping or sitting inside watching a fool ride by in the rain...lol..
