“One pan meals” are my favorite, so easy. Tri tip, asparagus, carrots and broccoli. Fam had baked beans... I made myself a spicy curry soup that I dumped my veggies in. Drenched my meat in garlic, lemon, pepper and melted butter.

@aaron, one pan meals are SO easy!!! Put everything on one cookie sheet or glass baking dish... season, wrap in foil and toss in the oven for 1hr...
I also like how everything can retain its own flavor and seasoning, usually when I use the crock pot everything has the same flavor.
