Declined a neighborhood football tailgating bonfire extravaganza yesterday. Love my neighbors, but not a football fan and too much temptation of both food and drink.

So, weighed in today, and down to a weight I haven't seen in 3 years. So that's something.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
