Scrambled eggs with tomato gravy. (Diced tomatoes, smoked sausage, ham, bacon)
Sorry E, too much protein for you buddy. How bout eggs and toast? 😜. I grew up eating my mamas tomato gravy (like this but thickened with flour) over rice for breakfast.
