back from Iceland vacation where we didn't track but ate mostly fish and lamb. watched our carbs and walked a lot. took a few days to stabilize but today shows a lb. loss. not a lot but at least in the right direction. Back to tracking today.
221.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
