not too happy about my weigh in, but i went and stayed with a friend for a few days and kinda took this as an excuse to splurge. i think i may have over did it. thats ok, next week's weigh in will be better!
326.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
