30 minute very brisk walk @ park to warm up followed by 40 minute moderate, quick gym workout. Used mainly machines to make it quick.

Dumbbell Bench press @ 25 lb ea 4 sets of 10, leg press drop set, 220 lb
seated row machine, 120 lb
calf raises,
bench tricep dips x3sets
Cable lower-chest presses- went up to 23 lbs
Quick stretch.

Was supposed to have a tennis lesson but the courts were wet. Went to the lake&gym instead.
