Started liquid diet
367.3 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 167.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was wondering what liquid diet. I’m using EAS AdvantEDGE protein shake for one meal a day replacement. Don’t worry that the computer says I’m losing 27 lbs a week. My legs were swollen and I had to take one water pill. Woke up 3 lbs less. Water weight I knew it but it made me get smart and hop back on the site.
