Mid Jan. and I thought I would be the sub 300. Not again. Seems I should just copy and paste it everyweek. Not going to stop. Going to walk twice a day to start. Not into going to the gym.
303.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
