Down a pound this week. I have had oral surgery. Even tho this recovery is an inconvenience, I am using this time to get myself back "on track". Smaller bites, eating slower, and being aware of how I am chewing. Right now....Very carefully!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
