I’ve been trying to up my intermittent fasting from 16 to 18 hours. I have a habit of snacking too much, so I’m hoping that a shorter eating window will prevent an overload of calories. Being snowed in all week hasn’t helped with boredom eating; there’s not much to do inside my little apartment!
