Power shake! Avacados always bring my calorie count up to high...

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 January 2018:

I use to be a big smoothie drinker than I lost weight and got back to my old habits. I need to make smoothies and healthy proteins my new habit for sure

I do fat shakes sometimes (yum!) but can't afford the higher carb count for most shakes. I wouldn't worry about the avocado bringing your calorie count up.

A body building friend of mine told me that the good fats, like in avocado, will bring our testosterone level up, enabling us men to build more muscle, and lose fat weight faster, I have not researched this, but this guy has won natural body building contests, so I tend to believe him.. I do not know, if that works the same for woman...
