Darn ...I stopped eating macadamia nuts and look what happens ...I even cut my calories down the last 3 days ...I'm never doing that again ..I need to just stay under 20 carbs that works for me I think that almond butter got me
152.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes Murphy and Rosie I'm going back to my bff royal Hawaiian macadamia nuts I really love her 😂She's clearly not the problem only 2 carbs per serving if I eat the whole bag still just 10 carbs 👍🤗

BUFFY, I scrolled way down to the south China sea to find a similar complaint about a certain food that threw you over, on Jan. 5th it was hummus, so it's probably like say with this food your talking about today.We all know your nuts for mac.nuts so it's not the nut..wow! Your still a Fashion Model and we want you to be Happy.😀

Thanks Murphy 👍I've confirmed it's not my bff mac that's causing the lack of weight loss ..I think Rosio is right ...I need to eat when I feel hungry like before I've been trying to cut back in calories and not eat when I felt hungry ..that was a mistake I've got to focus on the carb count because that's what really works for me ...I got this 👊💪🏃‍♀️
