I had another big drop, which surprises me but I know there are tougher days ahead. I had no idea counting your calories would made a big difference.

I am fulfilled with the foods I am eating but I don't consume enough calories ,usually between 800 or less. Yesterday I did add some calories . I am doing my 30 carb count and barely any sugar,I don't really count calories.

I have been surprised at the impact counting calories has had too. Prior to the weight gain of the past year I had always been thin and could eat anything. Now I am in my mid forties I have suddenly started needing to look at what I eat. Such a relief to be losing it.
