Today at the gym I did 3 sets of 5 reps on the bench press at 245lbs. I did a set of 10 reps at 205lbs on the Incline and an additional set of 10 reps at 185 lbs. No cardio today, but I did 3 sets of 10 reps of crunches at 190 lbs and I also did half of my pushup challenge this morning, will complete that with 10 pushups before I go to bed.
