gained 60lbs in 2017. Time to cut back!

I did too!! Some people get so upset over gaining 5-10. I seriously gained 64. Ready to lose 80 this year!

Seriously. You can do this. I lost 60 this year with all the support of my F.S. friends. I put a few back on and I’m right back to tell you it’s going the same way the other lbs went.
