I don't get it. I've been doing really well with carbs. Not down to 5% but really low. Started counting stevia and Metamucil which adds up I guess. I'll get there.

You will get there. Do you use psyllium husk?

No. That stuff is vile to me. Actually, maybe I could put it in sugar free lemonade or something. I have used my magnesium. Thanks for the idea.

stay strong!
Psyllium husk can be ground in a coffee grinder and used with other high fiber binders and high protein flours in keto bread as well. 🙋🏻 Are you getting at least 64 oz per day of non caffeinated, non carbonated liquid? Preferrably water? Also, straight keto may not do it totally for you. You may have to mess with things a bit. Record everything you are doing and average out and measure and track and weigh by werks to look for overall trends with what is working for your body. Some need higher fat macros some need a few more or less carbs or more fibre. My RDI for calories needed to be 500 cal lower then sedentary for FS calcs because I was almost bed bound at the start of this.

Supplements also have carbs in them. Keep at it, and learn as much as you can about keto. You can do it!

Hi Jackie, you seem to be stalling, could try a couple of things: Atkins Fat Fast for 3 days; then resume keto; and add visualizing, make a strong picture in your mind of seeing a scale reading at your goal weight or wearing a new outfit. Also look forward those hidden carbs and count / eliminate them.
