No weight loss. I had a steak last night. It was very good and I did eat mashed potatos. Today we had a slow start so I was not able to work out in the morning, so I'll have to do it when I get home tonight. Started changing my proteins, I am eating cottage cheese and beans, instead of chicken and fish. I thought I would HATE the 1% cottage cheese, but you can't taste the difference from regular and lowfat. I hope everyone has a great week.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
