I'm very excited I only have to lose 5 more pounds to make my pre-pregnancy weight
130.5 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1409 kcal Fat: 62.20g | Prot: 37.35g | Carb: 186.39g.   Breakfast: Clementines, Dunkin' Donuts Coffee with Cream & Sugar (Medium). Lunch: Mott's Cinnamon Applesauce, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Peach (5.3 oz), Cucumber (with Peel), Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner: Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Vegetables, Beef Meatballs. Snacks/Other: Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Intense Dark 72%, Tootsie Roll Tootsie Miniature Pops, Doritos Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips, Ruffles Cheddar & Sour Cream Potato Chips, V8 Splash Tropical Blend, Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts & Cashews. more...
