Okay, I've gotten serious about beginning again. Two days of logging; back in ketosis and 1l4 down. A fresh start. Here we go! I've got a family wedding in July, so a good target date to look and feel better.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1469 kcal Fat: 125.20g | Prot: 46.54g | Carb: 54.27g.   Breakfast: Trader Joe's Organic Heavy Whipping Cream, 365 Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Mission Avocado. Lunch: Cod Liver Fish Oil, Broccoli, Olive Oil, Trader Joe's Triple Cream Brie with Wild Mushrooms, Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Butter, Leeks, Trader Joe's Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's The Dark Chocolate Lover's Chocolate Bar. more...
