Back to keto! The last week was...rough. Thought I had keto flu going on but it was actually the flu, plus a little keto flu, which made it hard to keep up on my water and salt intake, let alone fatty food. Looking forward to weighing myself later this week to see if I lost weight!

I'm trying to do an intermittent fasting keto. I ate at 6pm last night and didn't eat again till 10am this morning. I had a migraine and insomnia in that time period, and only got 4 hours of sleep but I actually had a lot of energy today!

I've done well on the keto diet before, so I'm gonna add bulletproof coffee to the equation, since I start my day off with coffee anyway. I've heard good things about it and I just can't eat right away when I've woken up.
