Day 9 of 30 for 30 Challenge...went to indoor track at the school (little cool and nasty out for me)...2.1 mi in 32 min (decided to try a slow jog around the track instead of a walk)...4.1 mi/hr kept heart rate up around 130...feeling weight is not dropping (I think I’m getting a little off on my WOE plan)...but, I could not have done this distance wit this time just a few weeks, there’s that
