The salad is Baby spinach, a Persian Cucumber, tomatoes, Red Onion and fat free feta. The steak is 4oz of NY Strip steak, pan seared with a seasoning call Jane's Krazy Garlic. Topped with Italian dressing. I'm not doing keto, just counting calories. If you wanted to make it more keto friendly you could always use full-fat cheese and add olive oil to the dressing. Either way, it was delicious! 😄
