I cant remember if I ever shared these cookies with you but there really good ..6 carbs for 4 cookies I just can't eat too many because the sugar alcohols make my stomach hurt but they taste really good ..I can't eat too many sugar alcohols in anything 😩

Ha ha Just 1 gm protein per 4 sticks ...not bad 👍Not the body builder cookie like quest 😂More like the menapausal house wife cookie ..more my style ...lol
