I did it. I figured it out!

You are probably wondering what the heck am I talking about? Oops, I forgot already.

Seriously.. I have had a great 6 day run of changing my behaviors.

Here are my 6 day averages:
Fats 105.36 / Net Carbs 33.97 / Protein 119.44 / Calories 1785.16 / Exercise 3068

This is my best focused effort to date on focusing in on one macro in particular and it is working for me. I feel good, have tons of energy and I will push on. The scale is moving in the right direction and I will do an official FS weigh in on Thursday morning.

Onwards. Let's go Team FS.

PS. Before you offer advice on changing any of these numbers I need you to understand, I am getting results and I will not change (I've spun my wheels for too long). I will remain focused and readjust accordingly.

From one psychiatric ward to another lol ...very happy that you are on track... when you get it ...its amazing isn't it....I was up 3:30 in the morning the other day my energy through the roof I was cleaning my wooden floors...now I must admit I do get up daily around 3:45am for my nursing job..but on my day off and cleaning floors ... yep since Friday I went serious keto now 3.2 lbs down since then. Much success to you...fantastic job:)

Those kind of numbers are sustainable and will get you where you are headed...

With those kind of numbers you are guaranteed to be losing fat, not just water weight. I like that your protein is above 100 gms too...we need to make sure we protect those hard earned muscles from being eroded with the fat...rock on Ches, great to see you both motivated and rewarded for your efforts!!

Thanks all. I'm stuck on a commuter van for a little bit but when I get home, looking forward to a 30 minute crossfit session: 5 minutes treadmill,5 minutes biceps , 5 minutes treadmill, 5 minutes triceps, 5 minutes treadmill, 5 minutes abs. This is my year. Finishing up what I started. Thanks thanks thanks.
